Rain Policy

 

We strive to be open and able to provide for your paddle sports needs 7 days a week. Rain and thunderstorms are a battle that we occasionally have to deal with. If there is a high likelihood that the Lansing area will be covered in a rainstorm or thunderstorm, River Town Adventures reserves the right to cancel your reservation. We want to ensure any adventure you have with us is not only fun, but also SAFE!

Since it can be very dangerous to be on the water during a storm, WE MAY CANCEL ANY RESERVATION AND CLOSE OUR BUSINESS FOR THE DAY if the weather or river conditions could potentially be dangerous. We strive to announce such closures in a timely manner on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
